The line is designed for the production of wood pellets (pellets) from wood waste of various fractions and moisture. The main raw materials are shavings, wood chips with a fraction of 5 - 100 mm, raw materials when using a chipper - cutting, balance, etc.
Main technical characteristics of the line.
The product of the line is granules with a diameter of 6 or 8 mm.
Output for the finished product is 1 t / h (there is a possibility of increasing the productivity up to 2 t / h).
The raw material of the line is wood waste with a fraction of 5 to 100 mm (shavings, wood chips), when using a chipper - cutting, the balance with a maximum section of 150 mm.
The relative humidity of the raw material is 55% (absolute humidity is 122% ).
The demand for raw materials with a moisture content of 50% is 2.5 t / h.
Required installation area: 27x6.7 m.
Required height for installation: granulating section - 10 m, drying and grinding section - 7 m.
The installed electric power is 195 kW, electric motors with a total capacity of 165 kW are used at the same time.
Electric power consumption 127.5 kW.
The need for water is 20 l / h.
Directly service personnel 3 people per shift.
Packaging of granules - bags "big - bag" 500 - 1000 kg.
The pelletizing line consists of four sections: drying section, grinding section, granulating section and packaging section.
