The mechanized solid propellant boilers of the KVD series
The mechanized solid propellant boilers of the KVD series are intended for use for heating, hot water supply, and also for technological needs.
Coppers consist of a fire chamber and the water pipe heat exchanger.
Fire chamber
mechanized, with shnekovy fuel feeding, the compulsory distributed primary and secondary blasting. The fire chamber is equipped with the fuel level sensor that allows to automate system of fuel feeding. Due to tangential secondary blasting high completeness of combustion and consequently high efficiency of the furnace device is reached.
Heat exchanger
it is made of 4 concentric coils and the top cooled cover.
Exit of gases is carried out in the lower part of the heat exchanger that allows to mount the smoke exhauster without special difficulties. The scheme of the heat exchanger, double - thread on gases, gives the minimum sedimentation of ashes on heat exchange surfaces.
Fuel
The fire chamber of a copper allows to burn the following types of fuel: sawdust, shaving, wood spill, sunflower pod, waste of a chipboard, DVP, MDF, etc. Rated thermal power is reached at humidity of fuel no more than 30% .
The main requirements to fuel — an ash - content are not higher than 5% , humidity no more than 55% (122% ).
Calculation of humidity of W was made on formulas:
W=(mт - mс)/mт×100% , (W=(mт - mс)/mс×100% ),
where mt — the lump of fuel, mc — the mass of solid in fuel.
